Knox County Commission Lawsuit and Ethics
Broadcast Date: February 23, 2007

Knoxville News Sentinel editor Jack McElroy talks about a lawsuit he and his newspaper have filed against Knox County Commission accusing it of violating the state's Sunshine Law and filling the seats of term-limited commissioners improperly.
Later in the program, Knox County Commissioner Larry Smith joins the discussion. He was one of Mayor Mike Ragsdale's picks for the county's ethics panel, a group the commission voted down earlier this week.
Conservative blogger and radio host Terry Frank raised eyebrows and questions recently when she reported on her blog about uranium stockpiles discovered Iraq. She joins Gene Patterson for this week's Final Word segment.
