Pay Scandal in Knox Trustees Office; New Vice Mayor

The scandal surrounding pay in the Knox County Trustees Office seems to be growing. What began as questions surrounding a single employee has now grown to include questions regarding the former trustee, Mike Lowe, and even the current trustee, Fred Sisk.
Knox County commissioners Mike Hammond and Dr. Richard Briggs joing Gene Patterson in the first segment to talk about this developing story.
With the departure of Knoxville 6th District Councilman Mark Brown to a judicial commissioner's post, the city council found itself in need of a new vice mayor. And it turned out practically everybody wanted the job.
The man who won it, on the sixth ballot, is Gene's second guest, 5th District Councilman Bob Becker.
