The newly-named chairman of the powerful State House Calendar and Rules Committee, Rep. Bill Dunn (R-Knoxville) discusses the legislative session that's just started and some of the issues the legislature faces.
Then, Alan Lowe, the executive director of the Howard Baker Center for Public Policy, talks about his soon-to-be new assignment. He will soon be the director of the George W. Bush Presidential Library, which will be built on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
