Tennessee Solar Institute; Campaign 101

One of the big stories of the past week was the announcement by Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen of a joint effort by the University of Tennessee and Oak Ridge National Laboratory in creating a Tennessee Solar Institute.
The governor says funding, about $30 million, will come from federal stimulus money.
