Candidates for Knoxville City Council

Early voting in the city election coming up soon, so on this week's program we hear from four candidates vying for seats on the nine-member Knoxville City Council.
In the first segment, Nick Pavlis and Robert Marlino, the two men campaigning for a seat in the First District discuss the issues with Gene Patterson.
Then in the second segment, Gene is joined by the candidates from the Second District, Ken Knight and Duane Grieve.
In the Final Word, Lloyd Daugherty and Kelvin Moxley, both with the Tennessee Conservative Union, weigh in on the issues of the day.
