State Sen. Tim Burchett (R-Knoxville) is set to officially kick off his campaign for Knox County mayor next Friday, September 25. He joins Gene Patterson to talk about that and some of the issues he expects will arise during the campaign.
Because of a technical glitch with the WATE transmitter, last week's Tennessee This Week program was kept off the air. As a result, the interview with Blount Memorial Hospital Chief of Staff Dr. Mark Green is repeated this week.
In the Final Word, 6 News political analyst George Korda is joined by Tennessee Conservative Union's Lloyd Daugherty.
