After eight years in office, Knox County Mayor Mike Ragsdale finds himself just days away from being a private citizen.
On September 1 Tim Burchett, a former state senator, will be sworn into office. That day ends for Ragsdale more than a decade of public service, first as a county commissioner and finally as county mayor.
Mayor Ragsdale is Gene Patterson's guest in the first and second segments of this week's program.
