Knox County Mayor Candidate Forum

Just before the start of early voting, 6 News brought together two men who hope to be Knox County's next mayor. They are Republican Tim Burchett, who is leaving his state senate seat after spending 16 years in state government, and Democrat Ezra Maize, the former president of the local chapter of the NAACP and the senior pastor at First AME Zion Church in Knoxville.

Independent candidate Robert Bedwell was also invited to appear in the candidate forum, but he declined our invitation.
