Candidates for Knox County Commission

Our series of interviews with candidates in the upcoming August 5 county general election and state primary continues this week. We have four candidates running for Knox County commission.

Gene Patterson begins the discussion with candidates in the Second District, where Amy Broyles, a Democrat and the incumbent, faces Don Daugherty, who is running as an independent.

Later, Gene is joined by Commissioner Finbarr Saunders, a Democrat, and his opponent in the August 5 general election, Republican Jeff Ownby. They are vying for the District 4 seat.
