Our look at local races in the August election continues this week with the two candidates for At-large Seat 11 in the Knox County Commission. Harlow Sumerford, who is sitting in this week for Gene Patterson, talks to Republican Ed Shouse and independent Bryan Moneyhun.

Then, Joe Jarret makes his first appearance on Tennessee This Week as Knox County law director. He was appointed by the county commission to replace Bill Lockett, who resigned in April after pleading guilty to embezzlement.

Joining Harlow for a final word this week are Frank Cagle, a political columnist for Metropulse, and the Tennessee Conservative Union's Kelvin Moxley.
