Knox County Charter Ballot Questions

Early voting began Friday and around the area, there are a number of competitive races, including in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate.
In Knox County, voters are staring down at some potentially confusing questions on the ballot. The questions are asking for changes to the Knox County Charter.
To explain those questions and to look ahead at the November charter questions, Gene Patterson talks to two members of the Knox County Charter Review Committee, John Schmidt and the committee's chairman, Craig Leuthold.
