Knox County Charter Review
Broadcast Date: March 25, 2012

This week's program focuses on the Knox County Charter review process. The county charter requires that every eight years a committee meets to review the charter and look at possible changes.
This process is just getting started, so there has not been much attention paid to the review, but it is an important issue for all county residents because the charter covers how Knox County operates as an entity.
Gene Patterson's guests in the first segment are Charter Review Committee Chairman Craig Leuthold and Knox County Law Director Joe Jarret.
Later, Gene is joined by political columnist Frank Cagle, Cortney Piper of Piper Communications, and 6 News political analyst George Korda for a discussion of some of the top stories in the news.
