Rebroadcast: February 5, 2012

Changes are underway at the University of Tennessee Knoxville campus and more are in the works. A new sorority village is already under construction. Another major building project, a new student union, is slated for the heart of campus. And there's a push to make UT a Top 25 public research university.
6 News anchor/reporter Hana Kim is filling in this week for Gene Patterson and her guest is University of Tennessee Knoxville Chancellor Jimmy Cheek, who has details on all of the changes in the works and the new marketing campaign that goes with them.
Later, Hana talks to 6 News political analyst George Korda, Cortney Piper of Piper Communications, and Metropulse writer Cari Wade Gervin about some of the stories in the news this week, including the dispute over Knoxville Tourism and Sports Corporation President and CEO Gloria Ray's salary. They also discuss controversial comments by State Senator Stacey Campfield and resulting backlash.
